After 33+ years working in masonry, construction, and operating his own independent companies; he brings a wealth of knowledge and drive for results to the team, and that pushes us all. Rick Patoray

Rick has 20 years of experience in the trades as a craftsmen specializing in trim, finish work and also as an alarm technician. His favorite types of work include paint and drywall finishing as he enjoys exercising his eye for detail. In his free time, he loves playing music and spending time with his son.

Daniel Tesch

Daniel is the youngest person on the team, but he has been learning the trades his whole life. Since the age of ten he has learned carpentry and worked on home projects. After spending time on a degree in accounting, he was introduced to Michael and Shea and decided that he wanted to be a craftsman. Daniel is an old soul at his young age but takes a special pride in things that are done right, and bringing back the somewhat lost attention to true craftsmanship.
