We started this company because we wanted to make a Difference. Sometimes in life, it’s a necessity to take an incredibly huge risk and be absolutely sure that it’s not just “good" or “okay”, but to be a huge success. The five of us worked together at a previous company and recognized that a crew like this needs to stick together. We needed to have the opportunity to reach our full potential. To be the difference. The Difference, RMS Construction was born.
Our crew is different, ages ranging from 22-53, different backgrounds, born and raised in different states, different levels of experience and expertise. Simply put, Different. What makes our crew so special is how we are all striving to improve our skills. No matter the age or experience the desire to be better every day is a constant. We are a team. Being a part of this special team means picking each other up when they’re down, helping each other, being honest with one another, teaching and learning from one another, and most importantly doing what we love each and every day with one another. As one of our clients Mrs. Sue told us “There are no negative Nancy’s around here”.
